Hello, all. I've already brought this up a couple of times, but I finally got around to writing something to take care of the problem and figured I'd share it here for anyone else who cares. Read the comments at the head of the file to get a feel for what it's all about. (Update: Made a rather minor change to the code itil training , doesn't affect functionality at all, just consolidated a couple of loops into one.)
